Mary Fusillo – Chief Operating Officer
Mary M. Fusillo, RN, BSN, MS, Chief Executive Officer, manages the day to day operations for 3 Sisters Surrogacy. With 25 years of healthcare experience and 16 in Fertility and Third Party Parenting, Mary understands the complex emotional, psychological, medical and financial issues surrounding gestational surrogacy and third-party parenting. With many years of tertiary care hospital management as well as Infertility clinic management experience, Mary can assist you with managing the complex legal and medical decision making in choosing to use a gestational carrier to start or expand your family.
With degrees in Journalism/Public Relations, Public Health Administration and Nursing, Mary’s unique educational and professional experience assist you in making the entire process, from initial complimentary consultation through the birth of your child.

Sunday Crider – Chief Scientific Officer
Chief Scientific Officer, Sunday Crider, Ph.D., HCLD/ELD (ABB) brings 15 years of professional embryology and IVF clinic operations to 3 Sisters Surrogacy. Dr. Crider has Doctorate in Cell Biology and Biochemistry and has worked as an embryologist with the Presbyterian Hospital IVF Lab in Dallas, Texas, as well as Women’s and Infant’s Hospital IVF program in Providence, Rhode Island. Upon returning to Texas, she served as Laboratory Director for The Fertility Center at Methodist Charlton Medical Center, and North Texas Fertility, both in Dallas, TX. She continues to act as a consultant for fertility programs. With extensive scientific knowledge and experience in assisted reproduction, Dr. Crider is able effectively to counsel families on the nuances of surrogate selection and to make the complex world of IVF and Third Party Parenting manageable for both Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers.

Beth S. Moszkowicz – Chief Administrative Officer & Concierge Case Manager
Beth S. Moszkowicz, JD, MA, Chief Administrative Officer and Concierge Case Manager. Beth oversees incoming surrogate applications and schedules interviews with prospective gestational carriers. She also provides comprehensive case management during the pregnancy for those intended parents and gestational carriers who are interested in this service.
With degrees in Law and Journalism, and having achieved her family through surrogacy, Beth’s personal and professional backgrounds have provided her with the unique ability to guide you through the legal, administrative and emotional aspects of surrogacy.

Carrie Floyd – Maternity Coordinator
Carrie Floyd joins 3 Sisters Surrogacy as our Maternity Coordinator. She attended the University of Alabama where she studied psychology before becoming a full-time SAHM.
Carrie brings to our team a strong organizational skills background as well as problem-solving and excellent communication skills. She is responsible for the management of our Gestational Carriers and their Intended Parents from 10 weeks gestation through 4 weeks Post-Partum.
